Problems losing content of file attachments in rich text fields.
We have serveral users that share file attachment in the body of TeamRoom documents. We have had numerous reports of file attachments suddenly being blank since upgrading from Lotus Notes 7.0.2 to 8.5.1. The senario seems to be a case of "Opening" an attachment, being prompted to save on close even though they have not "Edited" the attachment, chosing the "Save" option which results in a blank attachment.
This did not happen in 7.0.2. It seems to be an 8.5.1 bug.
If the user calls soon enough we are able to recover lost content form temp file.
